Construction type is a Concrete podium with light gage structural framing above, with Masonry veneer and cement panel exterior finishes.
The project is located in the Chicago Neighborhood of Lakeview and is sited to provide an outdoor garden space serving the tenants and as a buffer to the residential neighborhood, with and below building parking.
The building integrates into the urban fabric using quality materials of brick and stone masonry and cement metal panel rainscreen and allowing for material changes and offsets to integrate the facades into in the local scale.
The exterior was further articulated to allow for maximum natural light into the units and the buildings public circulation spaces.
