An existing 3 story 1920’s 29 unit courtyard apartment building was fully rehabbed into affordable family units which was its current use. The building is in a National Historic District and the work included the appropriate restoration of the exterior and interior historic elements to a point of receiving for Historic Tax Credits. Further, the overall building and systems received an energy upgrade to achieve Enterprise Green Community Certification which included the addition of a Solar Hot Water collection system.
